Planning permission is sought for a development comprising an alteration to the change of use permitted under Reg. Ref.: FW22A/0163, as previously amended under Reg. Ref. FW23A/0064. The proposed alteration involves the omission of an internal area (24.3 sq.m) which is permitted for use for the reception, and storage of waste electrical and electronic equipment in preparation for treatment, and the use of that space for warehousing floorspace (i.e. the previously permitted use of this floorspace). Amazon Data Services Ireland Limited (ADSIL), intend to apply for planning permission for development at Unit 632, Northwest Logistics Park, Ballycoolin, Dublin 15, comprising alterations to the change of use of permitted under Reg. Ref: FW22A/0163. The proposed alterations comprise the provision of an additional parking area for a shredding truck (with an area of c.26 sq.m) to serve the permitted change of use, located to the immediate west of the permitted shredding truck parking space, within the service yard of Unit 632. The application relates to a development which comprises or is for the purposes of an activity requiring a waste facility permit.

Completion and Retention of alterations to a development permitted under Reg. Ref. FW19A/0126, as subsequently amended under Reg. Ref. FW21A/0058, relating to the permitted Unit 632 (currently under construction). The alterations for which permission for completion and retention is sought, comprise the following: Internal alterations to permitted Unit 632 including the change of use of 195 sq.m. of warehouse floorspace to office/staff facilities and replacement of ladder access with Stair 3 to the internal plant level. The total GFA for Unit 632 is reduced from 5,400 sq.m. to 5,373 sq.m; External alterations to permitted Unit 632 including the addition of a glazed wind shelter to the main entrance, minor modifications to the glazing on the south elevation, increase in building floor levels by 660 mm and increase in building height by 20mm; Addition of fire fighting access gate, smoking shelter, Sprinkler Tank, Pump House and Valve House and provision of CCTV posts; Alterations and repositioning of the permitted ESB sub-station/switchroom including an increase in GFA to 25 sq.m and associated external modifications; Alterations to site entrances and boundary treatment; All associated and ancillary development. The application site is bound by Kilshane Avenue to the west and Kilshane Park to the south.

Permission for amendments to the development permitted under Reg. Ref.: FW19A/0126 relating to the permitted unit at Unit 632 at Northwest Logistics Park, Ballycoolin, Dublin 15 (formerly known as Northweat Business Park). The application site is bound by Kilshane Avenue to the west. The develpment will consist of an amendment to Condition No. 22 of the final grant of planning permission Reg. Ref.: FW19A/0126 to read as follows: 'The office use shall remain ancillary to the use of the unit as a single warehouse/logistics/light industrial unit and no part of the overall unit shall be sold for use by a separate occupier'.
