SD05A/0724: Revisions to the permitted unit 506 & 508 of permission SD03A/0066, a planning permission which allowed for industrial /warehousing units in 20 blocks including 17,298 sq.m of office accomodation and all associated site works and the demolition of existing house and to allow for amalgalation of sites for permitted units 506 & 508 and that sites development to provide for one overall building that amalgamates the permitted floor space of units 506 & 508: the new building and site layout will provide for four seperate internal warehouse units to be developed an a phased basis, revisions to the permitted site layout, landscaping parking access and circulation arrangements: the propsed development allows for an increase in the combined area of floor space permitted for units 506& 508 from 19,887 sq.m to 20,298 sq.m in the new development: the revised layout amalgamating the area of units 506 & 508 will provide for a total of 16,775 sq.m of warehouse space (a reduction from 16,996 sq.m in the orignally permitted units 506 & 508) and a total of 3,523 sq.m and ancillary office space ( an increase from 2,881 sq.m in the originally permitted unit 506 & 508); other alterations include a change from the general location of the building footprints of the permitted units 506 & 508 to the propsed location of the new structure, revised building elevations, provision of vehicle wash, maintance and fueling facilities for HGV's using the development and other ancillary developments and site development works: all development will take place at the townland of Greenogue, Co Dublin on an overall site of 8.4 acres.
