SDZ06A/7: Construction of a creche and 7 no. residential units at Adamstown Castle Development Area. The proposed building ranges in height from one to four-storeys. The building will contain a creche facility (c.613sq.m.) at ground and first floor level, together with c.165sq.m. of outdoor play space. The creche will contain a total of 8 no. classrooms, 1 no. sleeping room and ancillary rooms.
