Construction of a new two storey bin washer centre extension to the north elevation of the existing manufacturing building consisting of a new bin washer centre at ground floor with walk-on-ceiling above and plant and equipment room at first floor level. Works include alterations to existing internal layout including all necessary demolitions and modifications as well as all associated site development works including diversion of existing and process water drainage, new surface water and process water draining tie-ins, demolition of existing external ramp, modifications to external stair, new pedestrian paths and vehicular safety barrier.

Construct a new two storey annex with fire escape stairs to the western elevation of an existing manufacturing building, together with the development of an access road for the relocated Intermediate Bulk Container Bund, at the plant facility in Carrigtwohill, including associated ancillary site works. The ground floor will consist of a cleanroom to be utilised for the operation of small batch product packaging operations and the first floor will be utilised to house plant and equipment associated with ground floor cleanroom. Site works will include the relocation of existing Gas Bottle Storage, as well as relocation of an existing Aco channel drain servicing the external yard area. Demolitions and alterations to the existing western facade are required to tie the new structure into the existing building

The construction of, at our existing facility in the townlands of Anngrove and Killacloyne, Carrigtwohill, co. Cork, a new warehouse (5,176m2) which incorporates a 3 storey area over the loading bays, a two storey connection corridor to the existing building (970m2), a site security building (110m2), a logistic yard, a contractor compound, an extension to the existing staff carpark and an access road on the western boundary of the existing site. Works will include required alterations to the existing internal layout, all necessary demolitions and modifications as well as all associated site development works, including a new surface water connection to the existing industrial estate infrastructure, internal roads, retaining structures, plant areas, pedestrian foot paths, modifications to the site boundary frnce line and new vehicular access barriers

Demolition of the existing external canopy and stairs to the east of the existing 2-storey admin building; construction of a 2-storey extension linking the existing 2-storey admin building with the existing 3-storey packaging building, to provide an extended canteen area, additional offices, and cleanroom; rooftop plant, including new screen over the existing and proposed rooftop plant rooms, and a roof cat ladder; and modifications to the internal road network to the south of the proposed development to allow for vehicle circulation. The proposed development will also include the provision of 9no. new accessible parking spaces within the existing car park, and the construction of an extension to the west of the existing car park to provide an additional 137no. car parking spaces, (including 14no. electric vehicle spaces as well as chargers), as well as new lighting, an internal pedestrian and vehicular link to the existing car park, and a new access from the existing internal IDA Business & Technology Park road; new waste compound area; all site development, drainage and landscaping works.

Installation of photovoltaic panels on the existing rooftop of the packaging and warehouse buildings. The proposed development will comprise of 1,458 no. new photovoltaic panels, total area of 3,340 m sq. on a mix of roof mounted and ballasted frames together with all ancillary cabling and electrical infrastructure modules over 3 phases.

Permission for upgrade works to two existing controlled pedestrian crossings at the IDA Business and Technology Park. The works include installing raised crossing points, new section of footpath, line marking, traffic poles with lights and tactile paving. We also intend to install a new raised uncontrolled crossing at the roundabout at the rear of the IDA Business and Technology Park.
