Planning precedent report

To erect two fully serviced factory units, each incorporating 2 storey administration & staff facility areas, single storey manufacturing/ assembly/ storage areas, additional entrances & completion of service road to provide site access, parking, signage, landscaping, boundary treatments, bicycle shelter, connection to public sewer, surface water, watermain and utility services and all ancillary and ancillary works

To retain alterations to previously approved unit under Planning Ref. No. 18/477. Alterations include 1) Revised Site 6 site plan incorporating revised site boundaries, site entrance, location of Unit 1 and parking layout, 2) Additional single-storey extension to Unit 1, 3) Alterations to plans and elevations.,4) Additional detached storage unit, 5) 2 no. signage added to Unit 1 elevations, 6) All associated ancillary works

For RETENTION of a) alterations to site layout, entrance and site boundaries, b) external plant and gas tanks, c) 2 no. temporary storage vessels and d) all associated and ancillary works at site 7, IDA Cavan Business Park, Killygarry, Cavan. PERMISSION is also sought to erect 1 no. permanent storage vessels to replace existing temporary storage vessels and for the relocation of the previously approved bicycle shelter within the site

For the construction of an ESB substation building and all ancillary site development works

For alterations to previously approved unit under planning reference 18/477 to include - a) reduction in building height, b) additional floor area, c) associated alterations to floor plans and elevations, d) alterations to site layout & boundaries, e) alteration to site entrance and f) all associated and ancillary works

For development consisting of c.230 metres of a single carriageway park roadway, footpath, public lighting and all associated site works
