Alterations include 1) Revised Site 6 site plan incorporating revised site boundaries, site entrance, location of Unit 1 and parking layout, 2) Additional single-storey extension to Unit 1, 3) Alterations to plans and elevations.,4) Additional detached storage unit, 5) 2 no. signage added to Unit 1 elevations, 6) All associated ancillary works

To erect two fully serviced factory units, each incorporating 2 storey administration & staff facility areas, single storey manufacturing/ assembly/ storage areas, additional entrances & completion of service road to provide site access, parking, signage, landscaping, boundary treatments, bicycle shelter, connection to public sewer, surface water, watermain and utility services and all ancillary and ancillary works

For development consisting of c.230 metres of a single carriageway park roadway, footpath, public lighting and all associated site works
