Permission for the construction of a Public Park known as Tully Park as approved under the Cherrywood Planning Scheme (2014) on lands (c12.9HA). The proposed development will consist of: earthworks/reshaping of existing lands to provide areas of active and passive open space with hard and soft landscaping, public lighting, cctv, new native planting, asphalt and gravel paths (including stepped ramps), cycleways, retaining walls, roads and parking, signage and all ancillary site and development works all on a site extending to c12.9 HA. Two Level 5 access roads and perimeter roads enclosing park area (these roads are identified on Map 4.5 of the Planning Scheme); vehicular and cycle parking including 2 no. car parking areas (40 no. spaces co-located adjacent to future school site and 16 no. spaces adjacent to play area. 5. Permanent boundary treatments area proposed including low railing (1.2m estate fencing type) to road edges and temporary fencing (1.8m) to secure park prior to opening. 6. This application relates to development within the Cherrywood Strategic Development Zone (SDZ) and is subject to the Cherrywood Planning Scheme 2014, as amended and is generally bounded by Castle Street to the west, Tully Park, future development lands in Development Area 8 - Tully and the site of the permitted Primary School (Reg. Ref. DZ18A/0458) to the east, Gun and Drum Hill road to the north and Lehaunstown Lane to the south. The development proposed consists of 163no. Dwellings (total gross floor area of c.17,645 sqm) in a mixture of houses, duplexes and apartments comprising of the following: 97no. Houses accommodated in buildings ranging from 2 to 3 floors consisting of 35no. 4-bedroom units, 50no. 3-bedroom and 12no. 2-bedroom units; 30no. 2- and 3-bedroom duplexes organised in 3no. Storey blocks; 36no. Apartments in a single 3 storey building comprising of a mix of 16no. 1-bedroom units, 18no. 2-bedroom units and 2no. 3-bedroom units and 2no. 3-bedroom units. The provision of c.1616sqm of open space, including green infrastructure in the form of an ecological buffer zone at boundary with Lehaunstown Lane. The provision of 2 no. new junctions on Castle Street to serve as the vehicular accesses for the development. A new vehicular access is also provided off the existing Level 5 road bounding Tully Park serving the development. Surface water drainage for the proposed development will be to existing Pond 2B. The redistribution and reprofiling of approximately 36,000 cubic metres of excess soil spoil to be excavated from other lands under the Applicants control within Development Area 1 - Lehaunstown located proximate to the junction with Barrington's Road and Grand Parade which is to be used to re-grade the levels of lands accommodating this residential development on a site of approximately 3.1Ha. An associated temporary haul road linking to Castle Street is proposed to facilitate the movement of this excess soil spoil utilising an existing junction on Castle Street. All ancillary and associated site development and landscape works, including the provision of an ESB sub-Station and bicycle parking. The application also provides for the use of existing roads at Castle Street, Bishop's Street (both permitted and constructed under Reg. Ref. DZ15A/0758) and a permitted road at Cherrywood Avenue (Reg. Ref. DZ17A/0862) which are required to be used for construction and site access to the residential development form Valley Drive and the Wyattville Link Road. These roads amount to approximately 3.34Ha.
We, Killiney Golf Club, intend to apply for retention permission and permission for development on lands at Roches Hill. The development consists of the retention of two lengths of fence that have been erected at two separate locations on either side of lands in the ownership of Killiney Golf Club on lands at Roches Hill, Killiney; and the retention of all works required in erecting them: - Fence 1 – c. 11.36m in length and height of fencing c. 1.24m; - Fence 2 – c. 8.05m in length and height of fencing c. 1.24m; and - The height above ground of both fences varies throughout. The development will consist also of the erection of 2 no. notices (one on each fence that are both 0.0624sqm in area – 0.1248sqm in total) and proposed new landscaping works to the rear of each fence.

Following the sectional completion of Druid's Glen Road, the proposed temporary haul road will be available to accommodate construction traffic associated with the appointed contractor(s) responsible for the development of the subject lands (as per any planning permission granted). It is proposed that this temporary haul route would remain available until the permanent bridge crossing the Cabinteely Steam becomes operational. There is no change to the total number of apartments in this block; - Replacement of 36 no. triplex units in Blocks F and G, with 1 no. 3 bed house and 9 no. 4 bed houses (comprising of 3 storey terraced housing); - Replacement of 12 no. duplex units in Block D1 with a new apartment block (referred to as Block 3) to comprise 43 no. apartments, including 7 no. 1 beds, 28 no. 2 beds, and 8 no. 3 beds, in a 4 no. storey building with associated private terraces / balconies on the northern, southern, eastern and western elevations; - Redesign of 8 no. duplex units in Block D2 (now referred to as Duplex Block D01) to comprise 12 no. 3 bed duplex units, in a 3 no. storey building with associated private terraces / balconies on the northern elevation; - Replacement of 48 no. apartments in Block H with 16 no. 3 bed duplex units in a 3 no. storey building (referred to as Duplex Block D02) with associated private terraces / balconies on the southern elevation; - Replacement of 24 no. triplex units in Blocks K and J with a new apartment block (referred to as Block 5) to comprise 42 no. apartments, including 7 no. 1 beds, 23 no. 2 beds, and 12 no. 3 beds, in a 4 no. storey building with associated private terraces / balconies on the northern, southern, eastern and western elevations; - Replacement of 44 no. 3 bed houses and 16 no. 4 bed houses, with 42 no. 3 bed houses and 30 no. 4 bed houses (comprising of 2 storey terraced housing); - Removal of permitted basement floor level located on the eastern part of the site (below the previously permitted Blocks E, F, G and H) and reconfiguration of the car parking at surface / ground level to provide 267 no. spaces; and -All associated development, including alterations to the internal road layout, cycle and bin storage, PV panels at roof level, plant, provision of an additional ESB substation (2 no. in total), open space, landscaping, drainage and site development works. Ref.: DZ24A/0621/WEB), provides for 346 no. residential units and the proposed amendments would result in an increase to 353 no. residential units (i.e. 7 no. additional units in Phase 02 and 03).
We, Manciano Limited, intend to apply for planning permission for development consisting of amendments to the development permitted under Reg. Ref.: DZ19A/0863, as extended under Reg. Ref.: DZ19A/0863/E, on lands within the townland of Brennanstown, Dublin 18. The application site is bound by Brennanstown Square to the north, Lehaunstown Lane to the west, Carrickmines Stream (partly) to the south, Cabinteely Stream (partly) and Beech Park to the east. The lands are located in the Cherrywood Strategic Development Zone Planning Scheme area and forms part of the Development Area 5 (known as Druid’s Glen) within Cherrywood SDZ. Phase 01 of the permitted development is located to the north of the Cherrywood SDZ Planning Scheme’s Druid’s Glen Distributor Road (also known as P* to P3), currently substantially constructed and opened as a public road. This application relates to development in the Cherrywood Strategic Development Zone (SDZ) and is subject to the Cherrywood Planning Scheme 2014 (as amended). The proposed amendments, which relate to the Phase 01 area of the permitted development, consist of the following: • Provision of an additional 3 no. 2 storey, 3 bed terraced houses (House Type B1) and associated reconfiguration of the permitted surface parking area (including a reduction from 16 no. to 14 no. spaces); • Replacement of 4 no. 2 storey, 4 bed semi-detached houses and 1 no. 2 storey, 4 bed detached house, with 6 no. 4 bed terraced houses (new house types A1 & A2).
