The proposed development will consist of the temporary storage of inert soil and stone generated by construction and development activity and imported as waste under licence or as by-product (in accordance with Article 27 of the European Communities (Waste Directive) Regulations 2011 (as amended)) as a non-waste by-product on a 3.87-hectare site within the Clonburris North-West Development Area of the Clonburris Strategic Development Zone (SDZ) Planning Scheme 2019.
