The proposed development can be summarised as follows:

Permission for the conversion of the existing attic to include a dormer window to the rear of the existing house and for 2 no. roof windows to the front of existing house and for all associated works.

Retention permission for modifications to previously permitted house extension Reg. Ref F22A/0325. The modifications are as follows; 1 no window added to ensuite at ground floor, 1 no. window added to utility at ground floor, 1 no. window added to garage, 1 no. window added to ensuite at first floor, 1 no. roof light added to wardrobe at first floor. Section of stone cladding added to external wall of bedroom 01 at ground floor in lieu of previously permitted render.

Modifications to existing dwelling and for the construction of a two storey extension to the rear, along with modifications to existing side extension, connection to existing services, and all associated siteworks necessary to facilitate the development.

Retention permission for (i) minor alterations to rear and side (east) elevations including repositioning and resizing of windows and doors, (ii) alterations to the footprint of the basement resulting in a reduction in the basement floor area,. (iii) provision of steps to the side passage (east side) and (iv) removal of chimney stack.

For a two storey extension to the rear; alterations to front porch, with new balcony over; modifications to fenestration to the front, and associated site development works.

Hard landscaping to front garden, including steps and ramp; reconfigured vehicular entrance to front; ground floor terrace infill to north elevation (5 sqm additional accommodation); ground floor window to west elevation; ground floor utility and storage spaces below rear terrace (26 sqm additional accommodation); hard landscaping to rear garden and all associated works.

Planning permission for a development on this site to side of existing house. The development will consist of demolition of an existing double garage and to construct a new three bedroom two storey house to side of existing house consisting of a kitchen, utility room, hall and toilet on ground floor with three bedrooms and bathroom to first floor and for the enlargement of the existing vehicular entrance to form a new vehicular entrance with off street car parking to the new and existing house at 26 Asgard Park, Howth, Co. Dublin.

The demolition of the existing single storey garage and the construction of a new 2-storey dwelling, new driveway entrance and piers, connection to existing services, and all associated site works necessary to facilitate the development.

Alterations to previously approved development (Reg Ref. F17B/0270). 1) Retention of restaurant use at ground floor level. 2) Planning permission to increase the restaurant by amalgamating a separate 99 sqm first floor office use with the existing 45.5 sqm ground floor restaurant., together with the change of use of the amalgamated part from existing 99 sqm first floor offices to restaurant use. The premises is located in an Architectural Conservation Area.

Permission for alterations to front consisting of new glazed unit with pedestrian access and selected signage over, internal alterations and change of use from medical to retail/commercial and associated site works. AI received 23/02/23

The development will consist of: Retention of updated front fenestration from standard casement windows to Crittall-style windows to match the neighbouring property. 2.Retention of addition of projectile sign to front facade.

(i) Demolition of the 1st and 2nd floor of existing apartment duplex unit over retained ground floor shop units; (ii) construction of a 3 storey residential building consisting of 6 no. 1-bedroom apartments and a 2-bedroom penthouse, all over the retained shop units; (iii) the re-positioning of existing external staircase and gable openings serving the adjoining building (1 Island View House) and (iv) boundary treatments, landscaping and all associated siteworks necessary to facilitate the development.

The installation of an ATM machine to existing north elevation

Permission is sought for the construction of single storey extensions to the front and rear of the existing single storey dwelling along with the removal of the existing conservatory to the side and the construction of a new single storey side extension, new single storey link to the existing shed to the rear and conversion of same to a pantry, shower room and utility room. Internal alterations are sought along with amendments to the existing elevations including and extension to the existing rear bedroom and bathroom along with all other ancillary site development works at 1A Dungriffin Villas, Howth, Co. Dublin.

Provision of a roof terrace situated in the valley of the property's roof to include a vertical extension of the existing internal stairwell, the provision of a staircase up to roof level with a new glazed stairwell enclosure at roof level and all associated ancillary works.

Retention of the following: hard landscaping to front and reconfigured entrance gates, reconfigured window and door openings and omission of timber cladding to front, additional accommodation at lower ground floor level to rear (28 sqm below rear ground floor level); reconfiguration of window and door openings and omission of timber cladding to south elevation at main ground floor level and all associated site works.

Planning permission is sought for proposed development comprising erection of a detached single storey 3 bedroom dwelling (approx139.2m2 gross internal area) on rear garden, including demolition of existing garage (approx. 18.9m2), access via shared existing driveway, car parking, new service & drainage connections, and associated site development works, on site comprising 0.0819 hectares (approx. 819m2).

Amendments to previously approved planning application

Retention is sought for elements of this single family home dwelling as follows; 1. Omission of window to East (side) elevation to 'Bedroom 03'. 2. The development will consist of the construction of new single storey garden room to rear of existing dwelling. Garden room to have a Gross Internal Floor of 35 m2. Works to include all ancillary site works and landscaping.

Retention permission is sought for amendments to previously approved planning application Reg Ref: F22B/0227. The amendments comprise: (i) Omission of the ground floor canopy to the rear of the granted dwelling, (ii) Existing and as granted balconies to the front at first floor level removed, and first floor habitable space extended in their place; (iii) amendments including some additions, and omissions, of windows and rooflights; (iv) landscaping works and all associated works necessary to facilitate the development.

The development will consist of: (i) Demolition of the existing chimney canopy and garage to side of existing detached dwelling; (ii) The construction of a two-storey flat roof extension with front facing balcony to the side of existing dwelling; (iii) Single storey canopy structure to rear to form covered patio; (iv) New ground floor bay window to rear; (v) New rooflights to existing pitched roof and to proposed extension; (vi) Alterations to all elevations associated landscaping and all ancillary and ground works necessary to facilitate development.

Intend to apply

A change of use, refurbishment, and extensions to the disused dwelling for use as a guesthouse with 8 bedrooms and an associated coffee shop. The proposed works include partial demolitions of the existing walls/floors, elevations, and pitched roof. The proposed works also include raising the roof of the existing two-storey dwelling to create a new second floor and a three-storey extension to the rear and side; replacement of the existing uPVC windows; refurbishment of the existing bay windows; a new shopfront and entrance with an integrated canopy to the east and part of the north elevation; eight new skylights and associated alterations to plans, sections and elevations to accommodate the new use; and all associated development works, including, landscaping, drainage and site works. Permission for amalgamation of apartments 18 and 19 to a single dwelling unit, all to existing apartment block.

Change of use of the building from 'Guesthouse' to 'Aparthotel'

For permission to remove the existing conservatory and construct a new sunroom to the West side of the existing house including all associated site works.

Planning Permission sought for proposed attic roof space conversion with dormer roof to rear part of roof with associated internal and external alterations to dwelling flat.

Planning permission is sought to omit condition No's 5 and 8 of Reg. Ref F20A/0135 which relate to works to a boundary wall that are outside the control and ownership of the applicant. Accordingly, permission is sought to omit the 2 no. conditions. No works are proposed as part of this application.

(i) Partial demolition (6.9 sq.m.) of the existing single storey side extension to Montebello; and (ii) construction (to the side of existing dwelling) of a two-storey pitched roof three-bedroom dwelling with 1st floor balcony, enclosed private amenity space (198 sq.m.) and 2 no. on-curtilage car parking spaces. The proposed development will result in an increase of 1 no. apartment creating an overall 4-storey apartment building of 9 no. apartments.

The proposed development will consist of modifications to the plans previously granted permission under Reg. Ref F19A/0405 (and on appeal under 307006-20). It includes (i) the addition of a setback third floor containing 1 no. 4 bedroom penthouse apartment with balcony; (ii) minor modifications, including rear and side extension to the second floor to accommodate 1 no. 2 bedroom and 1 no. 3 bedroom apartment; (iii) 2 no. additional car parking spaces, (iv) extension of permitted basement to accommodate storage and bicycle parking for residents; and (v) associated site, landscaping and engineering works to facilitate the development. The proposed addition will result in an increase of 1 no. apartment, such that the proposed scheme contains 9 no. apartments with a 4-storey building over basement. The application is accompanied by a Natura Impact Statement.
