The development will consist of the omission of a permitted above ground installation (AGI) compound under Reg. Ref.: SD20A/0058, the provision of an AGI at an alternate location within the site, and the provision of a Pressure Reduction Metering System (PRMS) and a foul pumping station, along with road upgrades to the public road (R120 Peamount Road), and provision of a foul sewer connection from the site to the northeast, via Peamount Road and Old Nangor Road.
