The site is generally bound: to the north by Somerton Rise and Somerton Row; to the east by Somerton Row, Somerton Drive and Somerton View; to the south by the L1030; and to the west by The Paddocks Way. This Application is being made in accordance with the Adamstown Planning Scheme 2014 (as amended) and relates to Phase 2 of development within the 'Adamstown Boulevard Development Area' (Development Area 10) of the Adamstown Strategic Development Zone.
