The proposed development will consist of permission for: 1) the construction of; a) 2 no. equipment control buildings and 3 no. tanks, b) electrical substation building and bunded transformer, and c) a monitoring kiosk and for the demolition of production building unit 1, 2) the retention and subsequent demolition of a store building, 2 no. shipping containers, and 5 no. portacabins, and 3) the retention for the following; modifications to the site layout to include 2 no. contractor's compounds, 11 no. shipping containers, 4 no. portacabins, a modular building comprising of a 5 no. portacabins, workshop/fabrication buildings, administration hut, internal modifications to warehouse 1 to provide additional floor area at first floor level, internal modifications to the engineering workshop building to provide additional floor area at first floor level and associated external stairs, a covered bicycle shelter, security fencing and gates, road tanker bund with access stairs and platform, provision of a bunded area, forklift charging lean-to, motorcycle shelter, sprinkler building, fire water pump house, extension to switch room building, and alterations to the entrance building consisting of cladding of the external stairs.
