The easterly section of the development will collect surface water and discharge into an existing outfall situated within Moorfield Walk whereas the western surface water catchment will connect (as part of a separate concurrent application) to an existing surface water outfall on the Griffeen Road (and ultimately to an existing Griffeen River outfall). F) Provision of trunk watermain infrastructure within the CNLS as well as connections to the permitted watermain infrastructure as part of SDZ20A/0021.
