Demolition of the existing structures and the construction of a four-storey, plus set-back fifth, aparthotel consisting of a ground floor community space/ café with 19 suites above and bin store to the rear.
The development will principally consist of the demolition of all shed structures on site (647 sq m) and the construction of a part 1 No. to part 8 No. storey over basement and part lower ground floor hotel, providing 261 No. bedrooms (8,369 sq m).
