The development will comprise of the construction of 83 No. residential units and all ancillary works consisting of: 66 No. 2 storey houses (18 No. 3 bed terraced units (c. 98.16 sqm Gross Floor Area (GFA)) 12 No. 2 bed terraced units (c. 82.32 sqm GFA); and 36 No. 3 bed semi-detached units (6 No. c. 113.66 sqm GFA and 30 No. c.114.37 sqm GFA); and 5 No. Single storey houses (5 No. 2 bed bungalow units (c. 85.4 sqm GFA)); and 12 No. duplex apartment units within 2 No. 2 storey blocks, consisting of: 6 No. 2 bed units (c. 83.1 sqm GFA); and 6 No. 2 bed units (c. 90.57 sqm GFA) with balconies on the eastern elevation at 1st floor level. The development will also consist of: a new vehicular access from Browneshill Road Lower; the provision of 2 No. new pedestrian accesses at the Link Road and Browneshill Road Lower; 166 No. grade level car parking spaces; 1 No. bicycle storage shelter (18 no. spaces); and 11 No. bin storage areas. The development includes all associated landscaping works (including the provision of public and private open space areas), boundary treatments, site development works, site services (foul, surface water drainage, water supply) and all other associated site excavation, infrastructural and site development works

The construction of a two-storey extension to the rear of the existing dwelling; the removal of the asbestos roof on the attached garage and its replacement with a trussed roof; conversion of the garage to personal office space; associated internal modifications and alterations to external elevations, including the installation of triple-glazed windows, dormer windows on the south elevation, external insulation to all elevations, stone cladding to portions of the front façade, together with all ancillary site works and services

The development will consist of the development of 64 no. houses (8 no. four bedroom and 56 no. three bedroom houses), which will form Phase 1 of the overall development of the wider site and will comprise of the following mix of two storey semi-detached and terraced housing units within an overall mix of: - 46 no. two storey semi-detached dwelling units (5 no. 4 bedroom houses (House type A); and 41 no. 3 bedroom houses (16 no. house type B and 25 no. house type C); and - 18 no. two storey terraced dwelling units that are contained within 5 no. terraces (3 no. terraces of 4 units each containing 3 no. 4 bedroom houses (House type A) and 9 no. 3 bedroom units (House type B); and 2 no. terraces of 3 units each (6 no. 3 bedroom houses - House type C). The development will include the creation of a new vehicular access and a separate pedestrian access into the site off the Link Road (R725) that will provide access to all houses that will each be served by 2 no. car parking spaces (128 car parking spaces overall); as well as all internal access roads and footpaths; hard and soft landscaping; boundary treatments and all infrastructural and ancillary site development works

2 No. mobile homes used as dwellings for a period not exceeding 3 years, permission for the subdivision of an existing site, the construction of a one and a half storey type dwelling to be accessed by an existing entrance which will become a shared entrance, connection to services, new boundary treatments and all associated site works

Development of 84 no. two-storey semi-detached dwellings and 1 no. detached two-storey dwelling, associated amenity open space, pedestrian and vehicular access, internal roads and footpaths, site boundaries, underground services and all associated site works on a 3.46 hectare site at Chapelstown, Tullow Road, Carlow. The site forms part of a larger site which was previously granted planning permission for a housing development (P.A. Reg.Ref: PL 99/104) and the overall layout, open space and services would be as previously permitted with a minor modification to the previously permitted internal road layout.
