(a) Construction of a new main entrance to the Carton House Hotel (connecting to the permitted hotel lobby under reg. ref. 19/895) comprising a bronze portal frame encasing the existing original gate pillars (to be retained) with an additional c.38.30 sqm of floor area (between new entrance and hotel lobby).
