An amendment to update operational conditions described in the original planning permission (Ref PRR06/84) of 2006 to ensure conditions associated with the planning permission for the school comply with operational requirements set out in the Child Care Act 1991 (Early Years Services) Regulations 2016 and any future legislative amendments.
