Retention planning permission for amendments for development permitted under D20A/0408. Permission is sought for the temporary use of lands as a temporary ice rink utilising vehicular and pedestrian access at the south east corner of the site, provision of drop off facility and 98 no. car parking spaces, temporary provision of septic tank, on site generator and temporary connection to local water mains and ancillary works within a fenced area of approx. 0.85ha.
