To demolish existing single storey flat roof extension to the side of existing two storey dwelling and replace with a single storey pitched roof extension. To (1) renovate and convert an existing outbuilding into a self-catering unit for own use as a 'granny flat', and (2) to construct a new garden shed, together with all associated site works at Main Street, Borris. The building is within the curtilage of protected structure (RPS Number: 10400818) and is in an Architectural Conservation Area
