Permission for: • The construction of 4 no. outdoor padel tennis courts located to the rear of unit A1 with each court individually floodlit and enclosed with a combination of perimeter clear tempered glass and fencing ranging in height between three and four metres in height: • The construction of a 2 metre high concrete block boundary wall around the 4 no. outdoor padel tennis courts with associated hard and soft landscaping treatments and access gate: and • Services (Incl. connection to existing below ground services) and all other ancillary infrastructure and associated site development works above and below ground level. Primary vehicular and pedestrian access will be maintained via the existing Cobh Cross Industrial Estate (also known as Fota Junction Retail Park) access from the L-3004 Local Road (Killacloyne Road) to the north of the site. Secondary vehicular and pedestrian permeability will be maintained from existing routes within the overall Cobh Cross Industrial Estate (also known as Fota Junction Retail Park) development, access from the L-7626 Local Road (Killahora Road) to the east.
