The development will consist of upgrade works and alterations to an existing renewable bioenergy plant as granted permission under planning reference FW13A/0089 (as extended under extension of duration FW13A/0089/E1) and as granted permission for an increase in the volume of waste imported under planning reference FW18A/0159.
