Modifications to access to the permitted Phase 1 to facilitate vehicular access to residential car parking associated with the 14 no. permitted houses and 2 no. proposed houses, via the permitted Large Scale Residential Development (LRD) Scheme (LRD0017/S3) together with all associated amendments necessary to tie-into the LRD street network. Vehicle access to Phase 1 residential car parking will not be possible via Main Street.
