The gross floor area of Building No. 1 decreased to 12,153.63 spm and the total gross floor area of the proposed development revised to 39.802.87 sqm. The proposed modifications to the first phase of the development will also include alteration to the energy centre for building no. 1 for a temporary period of c. 3.5 years. The temporary modifications within the generator yard include; Installation of 4 no. gas powered generators and 4 no. bio diesel (HVO) generators (including biodiesel storage) used in standby applications; Each generator will include a 12m tall flue stack; 2 no. Battery Storage area and a Battery inverter station; and Installation of 6 no. containerised switch gear rooms and 8 no. transformers; Installation of a n ESB substation(Max 500K Va) for a temporary period of c. 3.5 years is also proposed to the south of the generator yard. the temporary modifications will replace the permitted layout for the temporary period. Following the temporary period, the energy centre including the generator yard will return to the layout and design as permitted by FW18A/0114.
