There are 24 no. loading docks proposed along with 3 no. grade access doors. Solar panels are proposed for c. 10% of the roof area. Landscaping and screening is proposed throughout the site and along the southern boundary complete with upgrading of pedestrian and bicycle access routes complete with all associated works and services.
